Zhejiang Dongliang New Material Co., Ltd. is a large-scaled aluminum group company specialized in the production of various aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum decorative sheets and PS aluminum base plates. It’s located at the bank of Taihu Lake of Huzhou City. Since the establishment in 1985, the company keeps making unremitting efforts with scales enlarged step by step, and now owns such 3 production factories as Yangxi, Balidian and Zhili, which totally cover the area of over 900 mu (equivalent to 600,300 sqm). We possess over 30 international advanced production plants imported from Japan, Italy, Germany, America and Sweden, etc, including extrusion, electrophoresis, powder coating, colorful anodizing, PVDF coating and timber grain printing as well as the strong ability for aluminum plate work process and assembly of energy-saving aluminum door/window combined with PVC-U, with annual productivity of 80,000 tons of aluminum profiles,50,000 tons of aluminum sheets and 20,000 tons of PS plates.

　　With reinforced capital and strength, we have successfully become a Listed Public Company since Nov.20,2006 at Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock number 002082 and also the first public company engaged in the production of aluminum profiles listed in China. What’s more, DONGLIANG® building aluminum profiles were granted “CHINA TOP BRAND” products in Sep., 2007.

　　The company has become the largest production base in the East China for the aluminum profiles with the surface treatment of powder coating and PVDF coating, possessing 6 powder coating production plants with annual yield up to 65,000 tons. The whole set of vertical powder coating plant imported from Italy stands for international advanced level in the powder coating of aluminum profiles. The PVDF coating production plant imported from Japan is able to make various PVDF aluminum profiles, and curtain wall decorative plates whose annual productivity is 400,000 sqm. The products made by us are well sold in East China, covering the whole China. Part of the products are far sold to Japan, America and Canada, etc, and enjoy high prestige among customers.

　　Our whole technological process from design, mould, casting, extrusion, anodizing, powder coating, till to package and storage is of ERP computer informatization control, maximizing the efficiency.
