The YANGXI factory of our company owns 3 most advanced professional anodizing aluminum profiles, and one electrophoresis plant with the annual output for anodizing and electrophoresis profiles up to 30,000 tons. About the pretreatment of profiles, there are chemical and machine polish devices, in which way, mirror, sand, silk, yarn with metal luster, brushed surfaces can be made; about the anodizing color, silver, stainless steel like, champagne, bronze, black, golden, titanium gold, and etc. can be made. The durability is up to 30 years, meeting the demand of various decoration efficiency of the market.
| Powder and PVDF Coating Profiles |
The company has become the largest production base in the East China for the aluminum profiles with the surface treatment of powder coating and PVDF coating, possessing 6 powder coating production plants with annual yield up to 65,000 tons. The two vertical powder coating plant imported from Italy stands for international advanced level in the powder coating of aluminum profiles. The PVDF coating production plant imported from Japan is able to make various PVDF aluminum profiles.
