Huzhou Century Dongliang Aluminum Co.,Ltd is invested and established by Zhejiang Dongliang New Material Co.,Ltd .Huzhou Century Dongliang Co.,Ltd is located in the industry area of Zhili Town, which is at the juncture of Hangzhou-Ningbo High Way and Shanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Anhui High way, face Taihu Lake in the north and JingHang Channel in the south, therefore, the water and land transportation are both very convenient. The first period of our company covers an area of over 300mu(equivalent to 200, 100sqm). The second period of the project is under construction, which covers an area of over 300mu(equivalent to 200,100sqm). It is a modern factory with bright and capacious working space and beautiful Scenery, advanced equipment and scientific management. At present, it has become the largest aluminum process enterprise in high-grade aluminum curtain walls, PS plate-production bases in East China.
　　In 2003,the company invested　 and established Huzhou Century Dongliang Aluminum Co.,Ltd ,which is engaged in the manufacture of aluminum alloy sheets, strips and profile and capable of producing various aluminum alloy sheets and strips of different alloy brands in the thickness from 0.05mm to 4.0mm ,we can realize the width of strip up to 1650mm ,and will become one of the few manufacture that are capable of producing aluminum sheets and strips with the width exceeding 1500mm.Aluminum sheet and strip foil is in first-class installation level in China .There are 6 casting and rolling machine, a 1850 four-roller cold rolling mill, a 1450 four-roller aluminum foil roughing mill equipped with AGC system and AFC system ,transaction machine assembly of automatic stowing property ,and whole set of tension-leveler line with degreasing assembly imported from Italy ,etc, with designed annual throughput of 60,000 tons ,mainly used to produce aluminum single plate curtain wall sheet ,PS base plate ,aluminum strip for aluminum plastic composite ,air conditioner foil, aluminum foil blank ,high-quality aluminum and aluminum alloy sheet and strip of wide purposes.
　　As to profile, the company currently possesses a modern vertical aluminum log casting plant, 5 extrusion production lines, the largest extruding capacity of which is 2800 tons What’s more, the company has brought in a whole set of full automatic vertical powder coating plant from Italy which can increase the producing capacity of 30000 tons of aluminum profiles annually, standing for international advanced level in aluminum profile powder coating.
